Fondateur d'ART-LAB:

Diplomé de l’École d’Architecture et d'urbanisme de Paris La Villette UP6, Alexandre-Reza OSSANLOU devient Architecte-Urbaniste DPLG et travaille dans différentes agences d'architecture parisiennes.

Notamment chez ADPi (Aéroports De Paris) auprès de l’Architecte Paul ANDREU avec qui il collabore sur de grands projets d’Aéroports.

Peu de temps après avoir créé son Agence d’architecture à Paris en 2006, il décide de se tourner vers l’international et se concentre sur l’Afrique et plus particulièrement sur la Tunisie où il commence à réaliser des projets de Villas de Maître. Il y constitue alors une équipe et crée son Atelier. Il entame ensuite d’autres projets tels que des bâtiments industriels, des sièges sociaux et bureaux, des résidences de haut standing ainsi que de grands complexes de logements en Afrique.

L’Architecture de ses projets se construit autour d’un style simple et épuré, respectueuse du contexte, en harmonie avec ses occupants et l’environnement. Ainsi soucieux de l’avenir du paysage bâti, de la consommation énergétique et du concept de construction durable; ce respect se traduit par une réflexion profonde sur l’implantation, l’orientation, les matériaux et leur mise en œuvre.

Founder of ART-LAB:

Graduated from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning Paris La Villette UP6, Alexandre Reza Ossanlou becomes Architect-Planner DPLG and worked in various Parisian architectural firms.

Especially in ADPi (Aéroports de Paris) with the Architect Paul Andreu with whom he collaborated on major airports projects.

Shortly after creating his architecture firm in Paris on 2006, he decided to go international and focuses on Africa and more particularly in Tunisia, where he began making Master Villas projects. He then there is a team and created his workshop. He then started other projects such as industrial buildings, corporate headquarters and offices, luxury residences and large housing complexes in Africa.

The Architecture of its projects is built around a simple, refined style, respectful of the environment in harmony with its occupants and the environment. And concerned about the future of the built environment, energy consumption and sustainable design concept; this respect is reflected in a profound reflection on the implementation, orientation, materials and their implementation.
